I meant to bring this up a week ago when it was mentioned on GCSMAX.
Only the files (textures,models,music) added to this site are for use freely in your game, commercial or freeware, as long as the creator is credited. They are sent and put up at GCSgames for this very purpose.
The demo games listed here are only for feedback and to let other users see what is being done. The textures and music in these games are NOT available for your use in your game projects unless you get direct permission from the game creator.

Hacker Alert
Someone claiming to be Daveman and others from GCSMAX have been sending threatening E-mail to other users.
Daveman,"No Threatening Emails that look as though they came from me should be taken seriously without checking with me 1st. This Phantom/Emailer can not read my email, just send email in my name or anyone elses." So if you receive a suspicious E-mail, confirm it with the person who sent it. If it's bogus send it to Daveman so he can report it to E-Group
Hopfully after E-Group investigates this matter and prosecutes this hacker, Daveman and Lon can get GCSMAX back up and running
