Kevin announced that he put up at Pie In The Sky Software on their additional documentation page the following.

gcsinst.c : Text file of doc on the format of the GCSINST.DAT file. This
is a file which should be in your final game directory. It is normally
created by GCSINSTALL automatically. However, if you don't have
GCSINSTALL, you may want to make a GCSINST.DAT file yourself. This matters
because the final game's registry key depends on the game name and your game
company name which is stored in this file.

wld_text.zip : This is a program which can spit the contents of a level
editor .WLD file to standard output as text. The C source is included so
you can see the format of the .WLD file.

ai_src.zip : This is the FORTH source code to the game engine AI for the
enemies. This will be useful only to those who can program in the FORTH
language.
